Really Bill?

WOW. 4 million under budget? If I had a budget like they proposed, I could stay under budget. What, $56 Million for a "Pole Barn and Parking Lot"???? The Center will not start paying for itself until 2022 or something like that? Wish I could run my house like that. What about those trips to see what a "Full service hotel is like?"
