Storm Debris

So who is in charge of the storm debris in the city here and when are they going to pick it up off the sides of the streets and yards? I tried calling our wonderful 160K a year city manager and of course all you get is his gov.  hacks that take messages. the city looks like a dump as it is and now we have tree brances everywhere and not to mention the grass it kills underneath it. Maybe the clown council and commisioners can hire a consultant to figure out what to do with the debris. I got it.. hire Thompson's company and pay him double the going rate. This could be such a nice city and its a shame its run by ass clowns
