Really Bill?

WOW. 4 million under budget? If I had a budget like they proposed, I could stay under budget. What, $56 Million for a "Pole Barn and Parking Lot"???? The Center will not start paying for itself until 2022 or something like that? Wish I could run my house like that. What about those trips to see what a "Full service hotel is like?" What about crime on the rise downtown? I do not see any increase of jobs in the port city? You got a couple of council members playing the race card. (Art work at the new center.) Prices are on the increase for Water and Sewer bills? Nothing about the park we bought in the middle of Autumn Hall. Oh we forgot about that $750,000 purchase for wet land that could not be developed!
