If you wonder why the blue collar worker can not find a job just go to any constuction site.
You will see why, its all mexicans. Get a room at a hotel, all muslim ran,or owned.
Try an call to purchase a plane ticket that you got off the internet, you can not
understand what they are saying,,muslims.
Our goverment does nothing to keep them out, give them all our jobs,so they can send the
money back to mexico or islamic countries. Great for our economy isnt it.
I watched eleven kids get on a school bus one morning,,eight were mexican.
Free education, medical, dental, and they get food stamps if needed.
Thanks to us tax payers who are loseing our jobs.
need I say more.

Permalink Reply by jeff hines on June 3, 2010 at 10:20pm Aside from the misspellings and putative racism the underlying point is correct. Why do we import poverty? Our problems are compounded by too much legal immigration as well as the illegals. Ask yourself why our schools are producing illiterate students while spending a fortune on English as a second language. Ask an IT worker who has been displaced by the phoney H1B visas used to replace native americans with lower skilled less expensive foreigners. Ask the construction worker that has lost work or seen the hourly pay drop as a result of illegals.
Do we need immigration? Sure after we have filled all our jobs and made sure that a job trying to use a foreign visa to fill cannot be filled by retraining of a native citizen or legal immigrant.
Beyond any of that review federal poverty figures since the last amnesty and you will conclude that our poverty numbers are a direct result of a broken immigration system letting too many people in that cannot support themselves and their relatives.
Permalink Reply by jeff hines on September 19, 2010 at 4:06am Good stuff Gigi. I am glad you are pro-active. I have family in Mexico City, Juarez, and in Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico. Some have no running water in their huts.
I count every day a blessing for me and my children. I wonder how many families live in poverty in Mexico. One in seven families are in poverty in America. You are right, most don't want to go work in the fields. Mexicans know how to work and how to work fast.

Why do illegals from Mexico and further south come here?---because IF they get here there is opportunity for employment and free education for their children. Did you know education is NOT FREE in many countries?
I personally am involved with a ministry to people that live on/around a dump in Mexico. These people have children that are "undocumented"---born at home. The parents can't read/write----and it cost money to file paperwork to get the child documented. Once the child is properly documented-----they have to come up with nearly $100 to buy books and required uniforms. Where does a family afford such---when they live in a lean-to with a dirt floor??
So honestly----can you blame them for coming to the USA and risking life and limb to get here?
Do not get me wrong---we need tighter boarder security. We need to STOP giving away American citizenship to children of illegals. If the incentives to "come" were removed....they wouldn't come.
As for Mexicans/South Americans doing the "dirty" work---we have a country full of LAZY people to good to do manual labor. You don't see many American ex-cons picking fruit and veggies.....why not?--they can't seem to get hired anywhere else. LAZY.
As for Hindu owning hotels---you have a valid point there and I do NOT stay in hotels owned by them. If I see a Hindu "goddess" calendar or statue near the checkin desk, I leave. I'd prefer to spend $30-$40 more a night to stay else where. I've never been in a muslim owned hotel that I know of.
